Shipping & Returns

Each sign is made to order in our California workshop. Production usually takes 3–5 business days.

We ship by USPS Priority Mail. Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days after production is complete. Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Holiday orders may require additional time.

Please contact us within seven days if your sign arrives damaged or defective, contains an error, or you are unhappy with the craftsmanship. We will work with you to make it right.

Because personalized signs are made specifically for each customer, returns for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, errors, or craftsmanship are reviewed individually.
